The latest version of IBM Rescue and Recovery is 3.0 as base and v3.00.0027 with the latest patch applied. You can download the software and the patch from the Lenovo Support page. I had a Compaq Presario desktop computer and it had a program called Compaq Organize where you could restore all the way back like you just took it out of the box. Is this application available anymore?

You can't download Compaq Organize because the application is distributed with your PC. It's installed on your computer or on the Recovery Disks. If you still have it, you can use it from the disks. However, you might want to try Acronis True Image. It's an application which works on the same principle and it offers additional customization options related to backup or restore.
